Due Process... What's That?

The Federal Government is fining me $49,890.13 for a trespass valued at $12.42

BLM is working to fine Will Falk and I $49,890.13 for providing bathrooms to native elders at the #ProtectThackerPass protest camp we established in 2021.

The ironic part? Only $12.42 of that is actually for trespass. The rest is "expenses." They want us to pay for the money they spent conducting surveillance of the protest camp.

We’re deep into the legal fight over this, and as you can see, the BLM Administrative Law Judge just rejected our petition for an in-person hearing. The Interior Board of Land Appeals is not known as a place where one can find due process.

The fight continues.
