That photo is worth a thousand healing words and feelings.

Be well, Max, and some of us are still kicking, even after major surgery.

Let's get back to talking soon on my radio show: Finding Fringe, KYAQ FM, Oregon. Your words are inspiring.

I will get to the MP3 file somewhere and write up a Substack for our Jan. 7 talk. Sorry. We lost another volunteer so I have no one really to ask to be the show, Finding Fringe Wed, 6 pm, up. Here is is, so just scroll to it:

Well, we can download it. I'll crank out something. You sound so revolutionary and focused, dude!

Thanks for sharing, Paul! It's been a while since we recorded so I forget what we even talked about, I'll listen again to refresh my memory.

Rest and get well, and thank you for the beautiful photo. We are ephemeral and fragile, yet we are also stubborn and robust. We are like the crawdads, the fish, and the weasels in the wild. I continue to believe that we are being re-wilded. I don’t understand all that the term means, but I trust the process anyway….. hmmmm….. again, rest well and get well soon.

Max Wilbert's avatar

Absolutely, Gary.

Feel better soon brother

You a fan of ginger tea? I find that combined with maybe echinacea, green tea, maybe some pine, spruce or Doug fir foliage, honey and a few other ingredients does wonders for most throat or respiratory infections (helps with stomach issues too).

Here is a list of foods, herbs and fungi I find helpful in getting better fast

In the interim, follow these steps:

1) force fluids

2) do step 1.
